Game Night Host ("we", "our", "us") is operated by LaunchMind AI LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use the app or website.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: email address and (optionally) display name when you sign up.
• Game data: scores, session history, party prompts, and AI Judge rulings you create.
• Payment info: billing handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, errors) to improve the app.

2. How we use it

• To run your account and save your game history.
• To process subscription payments.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, receipts). We don't send marketing emails without your consent.
• To improve the product and fix bugs.

3. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share only with the service providers required to run the app: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), Lovable AI Gateway (for AI Judge rulings).

4. Your rights

You can export or delete your account and data at any time from your Profile page, or by emailing us at the address below.

5. Children

Game Night Host is intended for users 13 and older. Drinking-mode content is restricted to 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

6. Security

Data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted via row-level security so users can only see their own data.

7. Changes

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app.
