By using Game Night Host (the "Service"), operated by Launchmind AI LLC (also styled LaunchMind AI LLC), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use the Service. Adult-only content requires you to meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.

2. Account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Pro subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime from your Profile page — access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to harass others, distribute illegal content, reverse-engineer the app, or abuse our AI features for unrelated purposes.

5. Adult-content disclaimer

Adult-only content is for entertainment. You're responsible for your decisions, your guests, transportation home, and complying with local law.

6. AI Judge disclaimer

AI rulings are for fun and not a substitute for official game rules. We don't guarantee accuracy.

7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchMind AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
