What you need

  • Standard 52-card deck
  • 3 tokens per player (lives)

Setup

  1. Deal 3 cards + 1 face-up as discard. Extra hand of 3 face-up in center.

How to play

  1. Turn: draw from deck or discard, then discard one. Try to raise same-suit total (A=11, face=10).
  2. Knock (before your draw) if you're confident. Everyone else gets one more turn.
  3. Lowest total = loses a life. 31 exactly = everyone else loses a life.
  4. Lose 3 lives = you're out. Last player standing wins.
