What you need

  • Standard 52-card deck

Setup

  1. Deal 5 cards (7 for 2 players). Flip top card to start discard.

How to play

  1. Play a card matching suit or rank of the top discard.
  2. 8s are wild — declare a new suit.
  3. Can't play? Draw until you can (or pass — house rule).
  4. First to empty hand wins the round. Score remaining cards in opponents' hands (8s=50, face=10, others=face).
