Giant Crazy Eights

What you need

• 1 giant deck of matching cards (color + number)

Setup

1. Deal 7 cards to each player. Place the rest face down as draw pile.
2. Flip the top card to start the discard pile.

How to play

1. Match the top card by color or number, or play an 8 as wild.
2. If you can't play, draw a card.
3. First to empty their hand wins the round.
4. Score remaining cards in opponents' hands — first to 500 points wins the match.

Host tips

• Check the weather — have a rain plan.
• Set clear boundaries so kids/pets don't wander off.
• Rotate teams so everyone plays with everyone.
