What you need

Setup

  1. Find an open field or backyard.
  2. Optional: mark end zones with glow sticks.

How to play

  1. Play freestyle catch OR ultimate frisbee rules (see /game/ultimate-frisbee).
  2. The glowing disc trail is half the fun.
  3. Great pairing with a bonfire nearby.
