Red Light Green Light

What you need

• Just people
• A finish line marker

Setup

1. Pick one player to be the 'traffic light' at the finish line.
2. Everyone else lines up at the opposite end.

How to play

1. Traffic light faces away and calls 'Green light!' — everyone runs.
2. Turns around and calls 'Red light!' — everyone must freeze.
3. Anyone caught moving on red goes back to start.
4. First player to tag the traffic light wins.

Host tips

• Check the weather — have a rain plan.
• Set clear boundaries so kids/pets don't wander off.
• Rotate teams so everyone plays with everyone.
