What you need
- Wiffle ball
- Wiffle bat
- Bases (optional)
Setup
- Mark home plate and a pitcher's spot 30-40 feet away.
- Use trees/cones as bases or 'ghost runner' rules.
How to play
- Standard baseball rules: 3 strikes, 4 balls, 3 outs.
- Ghost runners advance the same number of bases as the batter.
- Home run zone = past the fence/tree line.
- Most runs after agreed innings wins.
Host tips
- Check the weather — have a rain plan.
- Set clear boundaries so kids/pets don't wander off.
- Rotate teams so everyone plays with everyone.
